We’ve got two tremendous opportunities for you to scratch that volunteer itch. With the Charlotte Pride Festival and Parade just around the corner, many of our committees are picking up with their workloads and moving full-steam ahead on making this year’s event the best ever! Parade Committee

Join us at Charlotte Pride Parade Volunteer Interest Meeting! Two dates! Thursday, June 4, 6:30 p.m., and Saturday, June 6, 10:30 a.m. Open house meeting to discuss volunteer positions and a timeline of activities and duties leading up to the Charlotte Pride Parade on Aug. 16. Media & Marketing Committee

Come join us at our regularly scheduled Media & Marketing Committee meeting on Monday, June 8, 6:30 p.m. at the Charlotte Pride offices, second floor of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 1900 The Plaza. The Media & Marketing Committee (M&M for short, isn’t that cute?!) is charged with crafting, designing, implementing and guiding all of Charlotte Pride’s PR, media outreach and marketing efforts — everything from media relations and sponsorships, graphic design and illustration, Pride Guide design, printing and distribution, posters, fliers, social media and more.
