Pride Was a Riot – A Radical History of Pride

Serve the People – Charlotte is hosting an educational forum about the radical history of Pride. This event is a Back-to-School fundraiser & school supplies collection to support the students and teachers in the neighborhoods near Clanton Rd Park.

We ask you to please support our students in starting off the school year right by purchasing the school supplies listed below and bringing them to this event, or by giving directly to Serve The People. This is a solidarity organization, not a charity, and all funds raised go to the Clanton Park community. We thank you so much for your support!

Most needed items:
– Book bags
– Plastic prong 2-pocket folders
– Composition notebooks
– Spiral notebooks (wide-ruled)
– Pencils (#2 and primary)
