Charlotte Pride’s free two-day cultural festival includes diverse national, regional and local entertainers, musicians and bands, and numerous participating vending booths, including art exhibitors, area non-profits, political candidates, retailers, food stands and more. The premier event is the culmination of a week-long slate of Charlotte Pride Week events highlighting the social, cultural, ethnic, artistic and political diversity of the metro Charlotte area’s LGBTQ community. The festival zone is located on S. Tryon St.

Free Admission! We’re proud to present a free festival experience for all! Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors and supporters, Charlotte Pride charges no admission for our festival or parade.

Charlotte Pride strives to provide an accessible experience for all our attendees and participants. Accessible restrooms, VIP Lounge and stage viewing area will be provided. Sign language interpreters will be available for stage entertainment and at the parade judges/emcee stand.

Family Zone
Hosted by PFLAG Charlotte

This family-friendly zone will include games, crafts, dress up and a place for families to be together and have fun. It is intended for children under 11 who are accompanied by an adult. Hours: August 20, Noon-6 p.m.; August 21, 1:30-6 p.m.

Levine Avenue of the Arts

Be sure to stop by our various HIV/AIDS service organizations and educational groups to get tested and learn more about HIV awareness, prevention and treatment.

With abundant seating and more food options including traditional carnival food, barbecue, Chinese, ice cream, burgers, hot dogs and more.
Karaoke Bar & Community Stage
Trade & Tryon Sts.
Grab a drink and party to the sounds of karaoke and other community entertainment. Sit back and listen in or grab the mic and be a star! Karaoke and other performances will be offered throughout the weekend festival.
