Charlotte Pride’s free two-day cultural festival includes diverse national, regional and local entertainers, musicians and bands, and numerous participating vending booths, including art exhibitors, area non-profits, political candidates, retailers, food stands and more. The premier event is the culmination of a week-long slate of Charlotte Pride Week events highlighting the social, cultural, ethnic, artistic and political diversity of the metro Charlotte area’s LGBTQ community. The festival zone is located on S. Tryon St.
Vendor applications for the 2018 PNC Bank Festival Zone are now open. Application deadline is July 1, 2018.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: We have currently hit our capacity for retail, food, and other for-profit vendors. Sponsors and community non-profits are still encouraged to submit a vendor application. All other vendor applications will be placed on our wait list. Parade applications remain open as usual. (June 15, 2018)
We encourage you to submit your application as early as possible. For the past several years, we have hit maximum capacity prior to the deadline. Applications submitted after we reach capacity will be wait-listed.
For 2018, we have combined our parade and vendor applications into a single form.
NOTE: This year’s combined parade and vendor application requires that you complete both the parade and vendor portions at the same time if you’d like to participate in the festival and/or parade. You do not have to participate in both events. You should be prepared to complete the application process in one sitting. Parade entry fees and vendor fees are not due at the time of submission; you will be invoiced once your application is approved. If you need more information about the events prior to beginning an application, please festival vendor frequently asked questions and resources below.
