Vendor Applications

Applications have now opened for those seeking to be vendors inside the PNC Bank Festival Zone.

Please Note: This year’s online application process consists of a separate and distinct online application for parade participation and a separate and distinct application for festival vendors. If your organization wishes to participate as a parade participant and a vendor, you must complete both applications. Click here to learn more about becoming a parade participant.

GENERAL VENDORS (INCLUDING SNACK & NEIGHBORHOOD MARKET VENDORS):
(This application is used for all vendors who are not food vendors.)

FOOD VENDORS:
Click here to begin a food vendor application.

Am I a Snack Vendor or Food Vendor?
Snack vendors ARE NOT food vendors and should not apply using the the food vendor application. Snack vendors are those who sell only dipped ice cream, popcorn, candy apples, cotton candy, cakes/muffins, funnel cakes, soft pretzels and/or prepackaged chips or candy. Food vendors cook or prepare food on-site and are required to hold a temporary food establishment permit. Please contact our Vendor Coordinator at vendors@charlottepride.org if you would like clarification or a determination about whether you will be considered a food vendor. If you apply under the wrong application, your submission will not be considered and will be rejected.

Neighborhood Market
Returning after its debut in 2019 is our Charlotte Pride Neighborhood Market! The Charlotte Pride Neighborhood Market has been created as an attempt to allow smaller vendors an opportunity to showcase their arts, crafts, or other handmade goods. These spaces are very limited and are only open to vendors who are independent businesses and organizations. All applicants for the Neighborhood Market will undergo a screening process to ensure they are appropriate for this section of the Charlotte Pride Festival. Neighborhood Market spaces will be individual tables included in one large tented area. Your spaces will include a 6 feet by 3 feet table and two chairs. These spaces cannot include additional rental items, electricity, or any banners/stand up materials. Neighborhood Market participants must keep all materials on or under their tables. Please contact our Vendor Coordinator at vendors@charlottepride.org if you would like clarification or a determination about whether you will be considered eligible for the Charlotte Pride Neighborhood Market or if you have any additional questions.
